Reuter Brooks' implementation of ACI booking system is now complete.

The system offers real-time track and trace facilities; auto e-mailing of proof of delivery (upon request); instant access to proof of delivery (including electronic copy signature) for all clients using our web-booking facility.

The auto e-mailing option can be set up to individuals or groups and has proven to be extremely popular for out of hours bookings.

Extraction of data for MI reports is available. These can be customised to suit individual client requirements. Invoice layout and format can also be customised and sent electronically at clients' request.

Uniquely, Reuter Brooks have completed a 100% roll out of handheld devices to our courier fleet. All jobs are fully automated and, in conjunction with the ACI system, report real time delivery analyses easily audited against Service Level Agreements.
